In Semester 1, we will explore the trans-auric phenomenon known as the WA. Just as bees swarm, birds flock, and fish school—humans Penta and WA.
Learn the unseen mechanism that organizes us into large functional (and dysfunctional) systems—and the profound influence it has on how we communicate, lead, follow, and function in groups of ten or more. You’ll discover the six lines of communication that govern all large-scale organizations and explore how they shape power, productivity, and purpose at scale.
In this semester, we’ll dive into:
What OC16/WA is and how it operates.
The Superior and Inferior Penta Dynamics (upper and lower management).
A detailed breakdown of the six Powerbases and lines of communication.
The roles each of us naturally play in large groups based on our design.
And much more.
The Semester 1 Project invites you to observe yourself—and humanity—through a new lens. You’ll track the influence of large group dynamics in real time, whether in business, government, education, or global events.
"I’ve worked in corporate strategy for years, but nothing has explained organizational behavior like this. OC16 gave me a precision tool for navigating team dynamics and leadership structures."
This semester begins with a practical turn inward—how WA dynamics personally affect you. You’ll learn how to recognize the WA’s influence in your own design, identify the roles you’re here to play in large systems, and uncover the distractions that pull you off track when you’re in the wrong environment or position.
From there, we’ll shift to building an OC16 from the ground up: starting with a strong Foundation Penta, scaling through an Expansion Penta, and evolving into a Coordinating Penta to activate the full WA dynamic. You'll also explore the strategic power of Gapping at every stage—how absence can be just as powerful as presence in group engineering.
Semester 2 explores:
How you’re personally influenced and your role in the WA.
Building a successful Foundation Penta.
Growing a business through the Expansion Penta.
Adding the Coordinating Penta to evolve into OC16 dynamics.
Harnessing Gapping to increase focus, alignment, and productivity.
And much more.
The Semester 2 Project invites you to observe yourself while actively working with a real-world team, organization, or business leader—taking your first steps into the field of WA-based group consulting and energetic engineering.
"Learning how to build an OC16 from scratch gave me a framework I could use immediately with clients and teams. The idea of ‘Gapping’ alone changed how I structure teams. I also saw the underlying dynamics of how the OC16 affects me personally. "
In this final semester, everything comes together.
You’ll be equipped to deliver the Alpha Playbook—a customized communication and leadership strategy—for the owner, leader, or manager of any large group. This is where theory becomes transformation. You’ll learn how to support Alphas not just as a consultant, but as a trusted advisor who can decode their leadership style, align their message, and engineer lasting organizational flow.
The heart of this semester is learning how to truly partner with the Alpha—understanding their aspirations, challenges, and communication style, then building the structural and strategic support they need to lead effectively.
Semester 3 covers:
How to build rapport with the Alpha and uncover their hopes, dreams, and leadership challenges.
How each of the 6 lines of communication interacts with Alpha dynamics.
Guiding the Alpha to communicate with precision, efficiency, and influence.
Identifying and empowering their committed allies to carry the message.
Structuring specialized teams to manage and direct communication.
Creating the Alpha’s personalized Playbook for Success.
The Final Project invites you to work directly with a real team, group, or leader to develop their Alpha Playbook—applying the full OC16 methodology, including gapping strategies and communication lines.
Once your project is approved, you will be officially certified as an OC16 Large Organization Business Consultant.
You’ll be supported throughout your journey by our highly skilled assistants who bring both deep knowledge and real-world experience to the table.
They are advanced students who have studied extensively, mastered the material, and have previously assisted in BG5 programs. They not only understand the depth and nuance of OC16 — they’ve lived it, practiced it, and successfully applied it in real-world settings with their clients.
Their role is to enhance your learning experience by offering additional insights, answering questions, providing guidance during class discussions, and helping you integrate the material into practical application.
With their wealth of knowledge, professional experience, and commitment to your success, you’ll have the extra support you need to truly thrive.
You’re in good hands — every step of the way.
